REGISTRATIONS

Registrations for the World Firefighters Games 2022, Lisbon, Portugal, are available for Competitors and Non-competitors/Guests.

– Participation in all the sports you wish to attend (some sports require extra costs – ex: golf);

– Competitors welcome pack (subject to confirmation and local sponsorship).

– Participation in the Muster Athlete’s March;

– Access to the Games Village;

– Access to the Opening Ceremony;

– Access to the Closing Ceremony;

– Exclusive hotel rates;

*Children until 17 years old (inclusive) at the event start date – Free of charge

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Bear in mind that registrations are individual for competitors (1 registration = 1 competitor), and each competitor must register on the event’s registration platform to participate in the games.

Non-competitors/Guests can be registered individually or attached to a competitor’s registration. You just need to select the “add guest” button and add up to a maximum of 10 Non-competitors/Guests per each registration.

The “add guest” button will be available in the section after you select the sports in which you want to participate.

The team registration process will not be available yet. Firstly, all competitors must register individually in the World Firefighters Games 2022 registration platform. The organizing committee will open the team’s registrations in due course, and contact all registered participants to start registering teams.

To participate in the World Firefighters Games 2022, you must complete your individual registration. Here you can pick your sports, select activities, and book your accommodation.

ELIGIBILITY

Full-time, part-time, volunteer structural firefighters and bush firefighters, aviation fire services, military emergency response personnel, including retired firefighters and staff employed full time by a Fire Department or Brigade. Participants must be over 18 years of age to compete (except for the treasure hunt event).

The international committee allows family members to compete (spouses, sons and daughters, nephews, nieces and cousins, step children, etc) as long as there is at least one family member with fire service background.
